Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, scanning, and filing of Training Material.
• Maintaining electronic (INX) and hard copy filing systems. And always keep them updated
• Retrieve documents and records as requested.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Assist in resolving administrative matters and inquiries.
• Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors.
• Data entry and maintenance of databases.
• Inventory management of Training administration logistics
• Coordinate and organize departmental records and reports.
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Minimum of a Diploma in any Office or Business Administration or any relevant related field from a recognised Training Institution
• Proven experience as an administrative clerical or similar role.
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to Multitask
• Confident and conversant with Microsoft – Word, Excel, Power Point
• Any other Certification in Training Administration will be an advantaged.
• Good organisational skills with a high level of Integrity
• A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in training Administration or any administrative role with the Mining environment being an added advantage.
