JOB DETAILS:
Tyre-King, a leading automobile tyre retailer is seeking a dynamic Commercial Manager to lead our B2B sales and drive growth across and beyond our network of 14 outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive B2B sales and market share growth
• Lead strategic marketing and business development
• Manage and motivate the B2B sales team
• Forge strategic partnerships and improve brand reputation
• Ensure exceptional customer service and profitable sales

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelors in Sales & Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration or related field
• 5+ years in a managerial role overseeing multiple branches in Sales and Marketing function
• Strong sales, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience in the tyre industry is a plus
• Able to work in a dynamic, changing business environment
• Membership with ZIM or CIM
• SADC driving license

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
