ZCSD is an umbrella organization for Civil Society Organisations that was formed in 1974. It brings together CBOs FBOs of mostly women and youth led organisations. The ultimate goal is to improve the capacity of member organisations and serve as a national body for CSOs to come together in their diversity under a mutual platform to coordinate and complement each other for the benefit of social and economic development of the majority populace by engaging the Government and other development actors. The vision of ZCSD is “Improved lives for the vulnerable where people are healthy, educated, motivated, and empowered to make informed choices.” ZCSD is currently implementing the Enhancing Organisational Capacity and Efficiency of Zambia Council for Social Development that is funded by OXFAM SAF. The project is rooted in understanding that for ZCSD to be an agent of effective social change, calls for the need to have a well developed website that seeks to establish and strengthen the organisations online presence, provides a platform to engage with key stakeholders and making it accessible for global audience.

CONSULTANCY OBJECTIVES

• Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current organization website and digital presence, identifying areas for improvement in design, functionality, and user experience.
• Engage with a reputable web development agency or hire skilled professionals to redesign and optimize the organization’s website, ensuring it is visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with organizational branding.
