JOB DETAILS:
About The Role:
This role will support the HR Manager in attracting, recruiting, and onboarding diverse candidates across multiple disciplines and projects, whilst fostering a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace environment. The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following:

• Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment policy.
• Support line managers with the development of job descriptions.
• Drafting and posting of vacancy announcements.
• Screening of candidates
• Coordination of interviews and assessments.
• Onboarding of new hires.
• Maintain a talent pool for specialized skills.
• Support the development and execution of succession planning strategies.
• Coordination of employee training and development programs.
• Regular updates of the organogram.
• Support the development and implementation of HR related company policies.
• Provide support to line managers on full performance management cycle.

Qualifications
Our ideal candidate will have…
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or other Social Science Field; master’s degree preferred.
• 5 years Human Capital experience.
• Strong experience and understanding of recruitment processes, employee development strategies, and performance management systems.
• Demonstrated knowledge of local labour laws and HR Regulations, policies and procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and analytically.
• Member of ZIHRM
