JOB DETAILS:

We are looking for an excellent Corporate Trainer to help employees of our clients cultivate their skills and knowledge. You will provide complete training to share your expertise in ways that motivate others. A corporate trainer is an experienced educator. Your abilities to convey a message should only be surpassed by a deep knowledge of your field. Organizational skills and a positive attitude are important qualities that you have to possess. The goal is to promote efficiency and competitive advantage by developing the skills of managers and employees of our clients.

Responsibilities
1. Liaise with our company to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
2. Design effective training programs for employees and managers
3. Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc.
4. Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc.
5. Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
6. Support and mentor employees and managers after the training were required

Requirements and skills
1. Proven experience as corporate trainer or lecturer at a higher learning institution
2. Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools
3. Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in corporate teaching
4. Proficient in MS Office (esp. Powerpoint); e-learning software is an asset
5. Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills
6. Organizational and time management abilities
7. Critical thinking and decision making
8. MSc/MBA in business, HR, finance or relevant field
9. Certification (e.g. CPLP, or Prince2) is a plus
