JOB DETAILS:
• Barloworld Equipment provides total solutions in earthmoving equipment, materials handling and power systems and related equipment in 10 countries in Southern Africa. As the appointed Caterpillar dealer in the region, Barloworld Equipment supplies equipment, parts and service to customers in the mining, construction, handling, agricultural and energy industries.
• Barloworld Equipment Zambia Limited is looking for a suitably qualified individual to fill the position below:
• Applicants suitably qualified based on the requirements stated below are invited to apply for the position.
• Job Purpose: Control customer accounts in terms of opening accounts, monitoring credit granted, chasing and allocating payments and resolving queries on accounts.

Key Outputs include but are not limited to:
• Managing a portfolio of customer accounts
• Preparing Customer Statements
• Reconciling balances with Customers
• Addressing customer queries (PODs, Invoice reprints)
• Allocating Customer payment
• Customer Credit exposure management

Candidate Requirements
• Pursuing either ACCA Level 2, CIMA Managerial, ZICA Diploma or equivalent
• Some business and financial acumen
• Work experience in a Finance role
• Sound business communication
• Knowledge of MS Excel
• Working knowledge of SAP as an advantage
• Full G12 Certificate (minimum of 3 merits including Mathematics and English)

Job Experience: No Requirements

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months:

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
