JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities
• Generating SAP reports countrywide.
• Ensuring the safety in the repair and maintenance of fridges & coolers countrywide.
• Checking on the status of fridges & coolers countrywide.
• Generating KPI reports countrywide.
• Supervising the MEM team (refrigeration technicians) countrywide.
• Supporting the marketing team in organizing, maintaining, and deploying various equipment used for promotional activities and events throughout the country.
• Providing reports on coolers, bulk milk chillers, and cold rooms nationwide.
• Providing effective customer care by handling queries and ensuring timely resolution.
• Assigning and supervising work to the MEM team.
• Ensuring proper branding, outlook, and representation of staff with clients.
• Providing accurate data capture support and ensuring timely field information reporting.
• Ensuring that emails are attended to and escalated to rightful destinations.

Minimum Qualification
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development roles, preferably within the FMCG industry.
• Diploma or Degree in any Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Computer literacy, including proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation.
