JOB DETAILS:
The role is responsible for capturing CIT data from various sources and entering it into relevant databases in a timely and accurate manner.

Responsibilities
• Capture data from available records into the required formats, such as databases, tables, and spreadsheets.
• Verify and query missing data and errors.
• Ensure that all data is entered accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
• Identify and correct errors and bring them to the attention of relevant parties where necessary.
• Scan through information to identify pertinent data.
• Provide support to other staff members as needed.

Qualifications/Experience
• Full Grade 12 Certificate
• Minimum Diploma in relevant field
• Proven working experience as a data capturer or in a similar role.
• Excellent Excel Skills
• Strong knowledge of computer software and databases.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
