JOB DETAILS:
Liberty Credit Ltd. is a registered limited company with its core business being Money Lending. As the company endeavors to increase its market share, we wish to hire energetic individuals for the position of Direct Sales Agents (employed or not) based in the Lusaka.

Main Duties And Responsibilities
> Proactive Selling of unsecured loans in a professional manner.
> Achieve set sales targets and ensure sustained business growth and profitability.
> Continually seek new opportunities to market services and bring in new customers.
> Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
> Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
> Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements
> Must be Result and target oriented.
> Posses Good Communication and presentation Skills
> Good Interpersonal skills
> Good Selling and Marketing skills
> Possess a smartphone for communication and reporting purposes.
> Minimum of a Grade 12 certificate.
> Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
> Self-motivated with a drive to succeed.
> Previous sales experience with a Microfinance is a must.
