JOB DETAILS:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinates and manages periodically, the development and implementation of policies in order to provide guidance in the operations of the Agency;
• Coordinates and manages effectively, human resource management functions in order to enhance staff morale and optimize utilization of human resource in the Agency;
• Coordinates and manages effectively, human resource development functions in order to facilitate staff development and enhance staff performance;
• Coordinates and manages timely, provision of administrative and logistical support services in order to facilitate efficient and effective operations of the Agency;
• Manages and coordinates effectively, communication and public relations functions in order to promote a positive image of the Agency;
• Manages and coordinates effectively, development of ICT business solutions in order to improve service delivery in operations of the Agency;
• Manages and coordinates effectively, the monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of Agency programmes in order to assess the impact of service delivery and provide appropriate intervention measures;
• Manages and coordinates timely, preparation of departmental, quarterly and Agency's annual reports in order to facilitate informed decision making;
• Manages and coordinates effectively, the development of work plans and implementation of the Annual Performance Appraisal System (APAS)in order to monitor and evaluate performance;
• Manages and coordinates effectively, human and other material resources, in order to facilitate achievement of objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
• Full Grade 12 School Certificate/ or its equivalent
• Bachelor's Degree in Social Science, Business/Public Administration or Human Resource Management.
• Full Member of the Zambia Institute ofHuman Resource Management (ZIHRM) with a valid practicing license Minimum eight (8) years relevant experience of which three (3) years should be at senior management level
• Able to communicate fluently in English

• Integrity
• Computer literate
• Must be of Sober character.
