INVITATION TO TENDER

ActionAid Zambia now invites interested eligible Contractors to submit bids for the followings Projects.

A.   Drilling and installation of water reticulation system in the following schools based in Sesheke District.

I. Solar Pump at Maondo Primary school

II. Solar pump at Tahalima primary school

III. Solar pump at inyambo yeta primary school

IV. Solar pump at Katongo Primary school

V. Electrical Pump at Mangamu primary school

Eligible contractors to submit the following:

• Certificate of registration with Engineering institute of Zambia
• ZRA Tax Clearance Certificate
• Full contract quotation
• Proof of more than three years’ experience in Drilling
• Work plan
• National Construction Council Certificate Grade 5 or 6
• Must be Registered with WARMA
• Certificate of site visit
• Company Equipment
• Company Human Resource.

The submissions must be sent in both soft copies and Hard copies: Soft copy to ActionAid Zambia Lusaka on Email Info.Zambia@actionaid.org. Hard copies to Our Western Hub Office Opposite Mongu Correctional Service along Lusaka Road or the Sesheke Office near National Assembly office. The Documents should be received by 6th December 2023 at 10hrs.
