JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities:
• Executes direct channels strategy, policies and procedures to optimize market penetration;
• Provides Statements of accounts to Customers and Invoices to Strategic Channels;
• Dealer Debt Management;
• Consolidates weekly and monthly growth reports;
• Follow up on Customer Payments outstanding on accounts;
• Helps Provide Essential documents to Support strategic Parties understand their duties – Contracts, Addendums and Target letters;
• Maintains good customer relations with Strategic Channels and internal staff;
• Prepares letters and in support of business opportunities as per request by line manager;
• Assists Training – EVD training for all new Strategic Parties;
• Calculates and provides details on Customer performance against Target;
• Ensures the necessary information or changes in policy are communicated to strategic parties and facilitating compliance to such policies;
• Ensures necessary System integration are done for new EVD Vendors;
• Monitors and analyzes electronic airtime Penetration;
• IT System Integration efficiency and monitoring for customers;
• Follows up on necessary System integration and monitoring for customer;
• Adheres to deadlines on agreed action plans;
• Follows up on daily orders for Strategic channels;
• Prepares motivations, letters and memos in support of business opportunities.

Candidate Requirements
• Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing or equivalent or Telecommunications related field;
• Minimum of Four (4) years progressive experience in a sales environment dealing with FMCGs;
• Grade 12 Certificate. (5 O’ Level credits, including compulsorily English Language and Mathematics);
• Three (3) years hands-on experience in telecommunications field.
