• Lead the kitchen team in preparing high-quality meals for guests.
• Develop and plan innovative menus tailored to guest preferences.
• Mentor and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards.
• Manage kitchen operations, ensuring cleanliness, efficiency, and compliance with safety standards.
Requirements:
• Excellent culinary skills with formal culinary training (a degree in Culinary Arts is an added advantage).
• Creativity in menu planning and food presentation.
• Strong leadership and management skills to oversee the kitchen team.
• Proven experience in training and mentoring kitchen staff.
