Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of two chefs, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Develop and update menus, incorporating a variety of cuisines to meet diverse customer preferences.
• Source high-quality ingredients and establish strong relationships with suppliers.
• Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize kitchen processes for efficiency.
• Train and mentor kitchen staff, promoting continuous learning and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-volume, upscale dining establishment.
In-depth knowledge of various cuisines, culinary techniques, and trends.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Creative flair and a passion for delivering outstanding culinary experiences.
