JOB DETAILS:
WE'RE HARING
Position: Executive Chef
If you think you are skilled, awesome, passionate about hospitality, love people, and can wear a warm smile, we want you to join us!
Location: Kasama
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
• Degree or diploma in culinary arts
• Certificate in gastronomy is a plus
• Proven experience as a sous chef or head chef
• Minimum of 10 years of kitchen experience
• Up-to-date with cooking trends and best practices Experience in creating innovative menus
• Extensive knowledge of health and safety standards Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in computer skills
• Expertise in margin management and food costing
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 120
Level of Education: Associate Degree
