ActionAid Zambia is seeking a reputable, professional, and reliable transport service providers to cater for our office in Kalundu. We require a partner with a strong commitment to punctuality, safety, security and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• The vehicle must be clean at all times.
• Provide transportation services for office staff
• Ensure timely arrival and departure for scheduled trips.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of vehicles.

Requirements and Experience of the Company

To be considered for this assignment, interested taxi companies must demonstrate the following:

a.      Proven experience in offering reliable, punctual, and safe transportation services.

b.      Fleet management expertise with well-maintained vehicles.

c.     Compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

d.      Excellent communication and customer service skills.

e.      Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.

f.       Professional and courteous drivers with a focus on passenger safety.

g.     Knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
