JOB DETAILS:
About the Role:
Field Officers will be responsible for engaging with clients and communities, implementing programs, and gathering data to support organizational goals. This role requires extensive travel and interaction with stakeholders in various settings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct field visits to implement projects and engage with target communities.
• Gather and analyze data to prepare detailed reports for management.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and community stakeholders.
• Provide training and support to beneficiaries as needed.
• Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and project goals.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Education: Diploma in Agriculture, Business, or a related field.
