Afritank Limited is a leading manufacturer of water and sanitation solutions based in Lusaka, Zambia. We specialize in manufacturing storage tanks for various industries, including the energy sector.

Afritank Limited is currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations of the company and providing strategic financial guidance to management and board

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Manage the financial accounting, reporting, and control processes
• Prepare and present financial statements to management
• Coordinate and oversee the statutory audit process
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve financial goals
• Mentor and train junior finance team members

Requirements:
• CIMA or ACCA qualification
• Excellent financial analysis skills
• Ability to read and interpret financial reports
• Medium/strong knowledge of accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience in budget preparation and variance analysis
• Experience handling statutory audits
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles
