Position: Front Office Manager
Location: Kasama

Requirements:
1. Advanced Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent
2. Degree in Hotel Management is an advantage
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
4. Excellent written and spoken English
5. Proficient in standard hotel Property Management Systems
6. Experience in revenue management (Front Office)
7. Strong communication and leadership skills
8. Ability to handle guest concerns and resolve issues efficiently
9. Technical Skills: Proficient in using hotel management software and IT systems.
10. Flexibility: Ability to work in a demanding environment that requires excellence, time, and energy.
11. Communication: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
12. Integrity: High level of personal integrity and professionalism.
