JOB DETAILS:
Job Description Coca-Cola Beverages Zambia is a subsidiary of Coca-Cola Beverages Africa, the eighth-largest Coca-Cola bottling partner worldwide by revenue and the biggest on the African continent.
This HR Services and Reward Manager, part of the Human Resources Department, reports to the Human Resource Director and focuses on efficiently managing regulatory compliance, communication, and country-wide compensation and benefits within the organization’s objectives.

Key Duties & Responsibilities Strategic Business & HR Alignment:
• Analyses country strategy, demographics, and market activity for near and long-term reward requirements.
• Influence the development of reward strategies and philosophy
• Evaluate and integrate current reward policies and practices for alignment.
• Ensure remuneration practices meet business requirements and promote good governance and regulatory compliance.
• Manage market positioning in line with Group Office, considering cost, market trends, and employee engagement.

Reward Management:
• Lead the implementation of an integrated remuneration philosophy, policies, and processes in the country.
• Implement strategic reward frameworks and tools, including employee performance incentives.
• Ensure effective implementation of executive pay programs, including short and long-term incentives.
• Align reward policies with operational requirements and manage annual and interim increase processes.
• Guide management of in-country compensation and benefits offerings.
• Manage annual and interim increase processes in the country.
• Develop and implement mechanisms to monitor legislative and governance compliance
• Manage, develop, revise, and interpret reward policies, for application in the organisation.

Benefit Funds Management:
• Facilitate understanding of benefit fund offerings among line managers and employees.
Oversee the implementation of integrated benefit policies and procedures.

Payroll Services and Systems Management:
• Manage payroll services in-country and lead initiatives for operational HR excellence.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on HR Systems requirements and capability.
• Ensure effective operation of Time and Attendance systems and associated integrity of payroll input.
• Manage interface with IT regarding HR Systems and support the integration of the HR Systems platform.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve HR processes, systems, and technology in-country.

Job Evaluation System Management:
• Ensure the implementation and integrity of Grading architecture and evaluations in-country.
• Serve as the custodian of the job evaluation process.
• Coach and provide advice to line managers on grading architecture and job evaluation.
• Act as the point of contact for interactions with the CCBA Job Evaluation Committee.

Collaboration:
• Monitor changes in the marketplace and legislation, building alliances with the global community of Reward specialists.
• Work collaboratively with senior leadership and HR to translate remuneration requirements into practice.
• Collaborate with HR coordinators to anticipate and meet business needs, providing reward advice.
• Actively participate in multi-disciplinary projects where business redesign and remuneration are under review.

Judgment and Decision Making:
• Inform critical decisions regarding employee compensation and benefits in the country, serving as a custodian of policy and process integrity.
Skills, Experience & Education
• Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or Finance.
• Added Advantage: Master’s degree in HR Management/Business Management
• Minimum of 8 years of Human Resource Management experience, with at least 3 years managing Compensation & Benefits.
