HEADTEACHER – Wise-Hill Primary
Overview Wise-Hill Primary School, an outstanding regional private school serving communities within Chilanga and beyond, is committed to expanding access to high-quality primary education, with the goal of creating a community where every child enjoys an education that unlocks their full potential. Located in a cement-producing town, the school has attracted new families from various cultural and religious backgrounds, making our community increasingly diverse over the past decade.
Wise-Hill Primary School is currently seeking a suitably qualified candidate for the position of School Headteacher (preferably a recently retired Headteacher).

Job Purpose: To provide effective, dynamic, spiritual, and inspirational leadership that enables Wise-Hill Primary School to achieve its educational goals and outcomes.

Qualifications/Experience:
• Grade twelve certificate with five (5) credits.
• A Primary Degree/Diploma in education.
• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience.
• Must hold a valid Practicing Certificate.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the daily operations of Wise-Hill Primary School.
• Foster a positive and inclusive school environment that promotes academic excellence and personal growth.
• Collaborate with staff, students, and parents to enhance the educational experience.
• Ensure adherence to educational policies and maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
• Guide the school in spiritual development, promoting a nurturing environment for all students.
