• Program Overview: The Health Systems Accelerator Fellowship Program is an exclusive opportunity for dedicated and passionate individuals working with Ministries of Health to enhance their expertise in Primary Health Care, Health Financing, and Leadership and governance. • We invite exceptional Government officials working within Public/Primary Healthcare, Policy and Planning, and RMNCAH-related departments to apply for this prestigious fellowship. Successful fellows will embark on a transformative journey to improve healthcare systems and drive positive change within their respective countries. Who Can Apply? To be eligible for the program, candidates must:
• Be a legal resident of and hold work authorization in Zambia.
• Hold a full-time government position within relevant MoH departments.
• Possess a relevant educational background in fields such as public health, healthcare planning and management, health economics, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 8 years of professional and technical experience.
• Be ready to commit to a 9-month (January 2024 – September 2024) fellowship program while still serving in your respective government capacity. Compensation An honorarium over the fellowship duration. Timing Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
