JOB DETAILS:
• National Milling Corporation Limited, is a reputable multinational milling company specialized in manufacturing of various flour, mealie meal, stock feeds and also trades in rice and other production, wishes to engage flexible and energetic persons to fill vacant positions as follows:

Human Foods Warehouse & Dispatch Manager X 1; Lusaka
• Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize storage and distribution operations ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers. Oversee the receipt, storage and dispatch of products in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring compliance with the requisite standard operating procedures.
• Ensure to coordinate with shipments effectively. Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize stock shortages and overages ensuring to provide staff with guidance, training and performance feedback. Must be able to identify areas for process improvement, implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity at assigned location.
• Interested candidates must possess a full grade (12) School Certificate, an advanced Diploma or bachelor’s degree added advantage in Purchasing & Supply, chain management or a related field, with proven experience in a managerial role within storage and distribution and preferably at least (5) years work experience in such a similar role.
