We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Human Resource Associate Consultant to join our team. The selected candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional HR services to our clients.
This position is based in the Copperbelt region, with the successful candidate alternating between Kitwe and Ndola.
Key Responsibilities
As an HR Associate Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices tailored to client needs.
- Supporting end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Advising and assisting clients in handling employee relations matters, including grievance resolution, disciplinary actions, and conflict management.
- Ensuring clients remain compliant with labor laws, industry regulations, and employment standards.
- Conducting training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Preparing HR reports, employment contracts, and other essential documentation for clients.
- Providing guidance on performance management strategies to enhance workforce efficiency.
- Collaborating with senior consultants on HR projects, research, and strategy development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a human resource management role.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be affiliated with ZIHRM
