JOB DETAILS:
Karan Investments is seeking to recruit qualified and well organised professionals to join our team in Lusaka.
Main Responsibilities
• Take part and assist in company recruitment process and conduct background checks
• Assist with preparation of contract and other onboarding documentation
• Ensure high standards of labour relations practices are employed in the business
• Prepare HR reports and assist with the filing of documentation, assist with employee Napsa and Nhima registrations.
• Ensure the company is compliant with provisions of employment relations and labour laws Take part in disciplinary hearings and handle conflicts and contract terminations

Desired Qualifications
• Degree or Diploma in Human resource management
• Member of ZIHRM
• 3-5 years work experience in human resource management
• Strong communication skills and reporting skills and high attention to detail
• Knowledge of Zambian labour laws

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
