Role Description
• This is a full-time on-site role located in Lusaka Province, Zambia for a Human Resources Consultant. The Human Resources Consultant will be responsible for providing support in HR management, HR policies, employee relations, and labor and employment law. The Human Resources Consultant will also be responsible for analyzing business needs and providing recommendations for solutions to complex HR issues.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in Human Resources management
• Experience in developing HR policies and employee relations
• Thorough understanding of labor and employment law
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
• 4+ years of experience in a Human Resources role preferred
• Professional certification in Human Resources Management
• Full member of ZIRHM
