JOB DETAILS:
Job Description:
• RACS is looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our Oracle , HPE and Dell Servers. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of these appliances and should be able to handle firmware and patch upgrades, analyze system-related issues and suggest solutions to prevent them from happening again.

Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support and maintenance for HP Enterprise , Oracle , Dell and Netapp Appliances
• Handle firmware and patch upgrades
• Analyze system-related issues and suggest effective solutions
• Work closely with other teams to ensure all systems are working optimally
• Collaborate with other teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Provide technical leadership to the team on best practices and new technologies
• Keep accurate documentation of technical procedures and processes.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Extensive knowledge of Enterprise Servers and Storage Systems
• Strong experience in firmware and patch upgrades
• Experience in analyzing system-related issues and suggesting solutions
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT Infra or DataCenter Environment.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
