JOB DETAILS:
Key Competency Requirements:
• Relevant Certificate or Diploma in Information Technology/Systems
• Minimum two years relevant working experience
• Must have a strong background in IT troubleshooting
• Advanced computer literacy
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Must have good telephone etiquette
• Must be customer oriented with good interpersonal skills
• Must be able to travel throughout Zambia
• Must have a valid driving license
• Ability to work in a pressurized environment
• Attention to detail and maintain Confidentiality
• Ability to analyse data

Scope of Work:
• Provides expertise and instruction on use of hardware and software to system users
• Troubleshoot network and/or system outages
• Installation and maintenance of all hardware
• Action helpdesk tickets
• Installation and setup of new sites across the country
• Travel to all sites to monitor and maintain all IT equipment
