JOB DETAILS:
Job Description Ensure the availability of imported SKUs by providing long-term and 13-week forecasts to the suppliers, ensuring orders are placed timely and stock delivered on schedule. Also responsible for the distribution of all SKUs to depots based on forecast and usage. Manage relationships with other CCBA Countries and External Bottlers with regard to all Export and Import Sales and Service Delivery. The role will report to the Planning Manager
Key Duties & Responsibilities •
Products planned (SKU’s): 12 months forecast and 13 weeks rolling forecast Planning Horizon: 5-year plan
12 months forecast and 13 weeks key Outputs and Accountabilities
Validate sales forecast for imported stock with demand planner
Review inter-depot transfer recommendations in DDMR
Conduct routine meetings with stakeholders: supplier engagement meetings
Keep records of all goods shipped, received, and stored
Monitor stock levels at depots daily for all SKUs
Prepare hauling plans to all depots for all SKUs based on forecast and depot requirements
Communicate hauling plans to logistics and ensure proper execution
Confirm availability of trucks for hauling requirements
Communicate risks for out of stock
Compile daily out-of-stock report and circulate to relevant stakeholders.
Measure supplier delivery performance
Monitored Stock Cover Levels and determine Stock Coverage Profiles for imported products.

Skills, Experience & Education
Minimum: Degree in Procurement or Logistics or CIPS Level 3 or higher
Advantage: Purchase & Supply Professional
Minimum: 2 years’ Supply Chain/Logistics experience, with at least 1 year in FMCG
Ideal: 3 years Supply Chain/Logistics experience, with 2 years in FMCG

Experience in using an ERP system and Manufacturing Planning
Strong inter-personal, communication and negotiating skills
Cross boarder goods movement

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
