JOB DETAILS:
Job Description
• We are seeking to recruit a dedicated Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Battery Energy Storage System Installer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about environmental sustainability and skilled in the field of construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for the assembly, installation, and maintenance of solar panel systems, ensuring that they function efficiently and sustainably. If you are a hands-on professional looking to make a difference in the renewable energy sector of Photovoltaic (PV) Battery Energy Storage System, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
• Installation of photovoltaic (PV) Battery Energy Storage systems on rooftops or other structures in compliance with site assessment and schematics.
• Apply weather sealing to array, building, or support mechanisms.
• Measure, cut, assemble, and bolt structural framing and solar modules.
• Connect installed photovoltaic (PV) Battery Storage Systems to existing power supplies and ensure electrical compatibility.
• Perform maintenance checks and troubleshoot operational issues to ensure system functionality.
• Ensure compliance with local and state, regulations.
• Keep a detailed and accurate record of installation data and project progress.
• Educate customers on Photovoltaic (PV) Battery Energy Storage systems operations and functionality.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Battery Energy Storage System Installer or similar role in the construction or energy sectors.
• Bachelors Degree of EE Or equivalent Qualification.
• Additionally certification in Photovoltaic (PV) Battery Energy Storage System installation is a plus.
• Familiarity with electrical wiring and equipment safety protocols.
• Strong working knowledge of power tools and machinery.
• Ability to work at heights, on roofs, and in varying weather conditions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
