Catholic Relief Services (CRS) is a non-governmental organization that supports community-based development programs in partnership with local organizations and the Catholic Dioceses. Inspired by its mandate to collaborate with both religious and non-sectarian NGO’s as well as local government, CRS is committed to organization development and strengthening of these partners in order to promote sustainability and development of high impact programs that target the most vulnerable of the society.

CRS is hereby inviting bids from reputable and eligible firms to submit their bids in the following categories:

2. Contract for Supply of Bicycles
3. Contract for Services
4. Contract for Repair and Maintenance of Motorized Tricycles
5. Air Freight and Travel Agency Contract
6. Contract for Internet Services
7. Smart Tracking – Vehicle Tracking Services Contract
8. Repair and Maintenance Service Contract for Air Conditioners
9. Firefighting Equipment Maintenance Contract

Initial dates for sharing bidding documents was from 3rd June 2024 to 17th June 2024. This has been extended to 21st June 2024.

All bids must be submitted via email; no physical documents will be accepted. Interested bidders are advised to send their bids by email on or before Friday, 28th June 2024 at 11:00hrs local time. Late bids will be rejected.

For any clarification, send all your inquiries and responses on procurement.zambia@crs.org by 25th June 2024 at 17:00 hrs.

Closing date for receiving bids has been extended from 28th June 2024 at 11:00 hrs. to 5th July 2024 at 11:00 hrs. local time. Bids will immediately be opened on the same day at 11:00 hrs. in the presence of bidders or their representatives who may choose to attend virtually on teams.
