INVITATION FOR PREQUALIFICATION FOR CONTRACTORS FOR FINANCIAL YEARS 2024, 2025 & 2026
PEAS (Promoting Equality in African Schools) is a charity organization with a mission to "expand access to sustainably delivered quality secondary education across Africa". The Country office is located on Plot No. 39, Kabinga Road, Northrise, Ndola.
1. PEAS Zambia now invites suitably qualified bidders to submit sealed bids from interested contractors for a prequalification process for services and works in the categories specified below.
Lot No.1 Building & Civil Works
Lot No.2 Solar Electrical Installation Works
2. Qualified bidders who are willing to participate must state the category or categories they are interested in.
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents by visiting PEAS Zambia Country Office. Alternatively, you can contact dirk phiri@peas.org.uk or snowden.nkhoma@peas.org.uk or call 0962 904542/0974 513745
4. The bid documents may be purchased by interested bidders at PEAS Zambia Country Office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ZMW 300.00 (Three Hundred Zambian Kwacha Only)
5. Bids must be delivered to the PEAS Zambia Country office on or before 05:00pm 16" February 2024, Late bids shall be rejected.
