Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Expertise: Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best irrigation solutions, specializing in drip irrigation and rain hose systems.
• Technical Support: Provide on-site and remote technical assistance to clients, ensuring proper installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of irrigation systems.
• Farm Visits: Regularly visit client farms to assess irrigation needs, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Customer Education: Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate customers on the benefits and proper use of our irrigation products.
• Product Promotion: Actively promote our range of irrigation products, contributing to the growth and success of our store.

Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with drip irrigation and rain hose systems.
• Education: A degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Citizenship: Must be a Zambian citizen.
• Skills: Strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for customer service.
