JOB DETAILS:
The Role
The Key Accounts Executive will support client assignments and projects. Responsibilities include developing new strategies, responding to high-volume clients, analyzing market needs and managing project expectations.
The KAE will report to the CEO and work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.

Responsibilities
• Support, establish and maintain relationships with new and existing Clients and Stakeholders.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant Clients and giving feedback on technical feasibility.
• Organize regular client meetings to discuss project plan, take detailed briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
• Coordinate internal resources and technical and administrative suppliers for the flawless execution of projects.
• Support the effective delivery of projects on time, within scope.
• Update changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks and recommend corrective measures.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in relevant field required.
• Experience working for a technology company is an added advantage.
• 3-5 years of field sales experience. Successful sales of intangible products and services, e.g., training & development, financial services, or telecommunications is an added advantage.
• B2B sales experience with corporations, governments, NGOs, and/or the education sector is preferred.
• Member of the Zambia Institute of Marketing (ZIM) is an added advantage.
