JOB DETAILS:
Working Hours: 40 hours per week.
Reporting/Accountable To: The Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Responsible For: Sales and Marketing of financial products and recoveries of loans.
Remuneration: Fixed plus Commission.

Purpose of the Job:
1. Manage relationships with existing clients and looking for new clients.
2. Detailing/Explaining the loan products to new and existing clients.
3. Attending to customer inquiries at all times.
4. Ensuring customer visits on a daily/weekly/monthly.
5. Providing timely customer feedback to management.
6. Enforcing and maintaining loan repayment collection.
7. Conducting market research (analyse competitors and ensure efficiency of sales strategies).
8. Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organisational policies and standards.
9. To assist the CEO, create and implement a Sales and Marketing strategy for loans and to furnish the company with market information.
10. To be responsible for ensuring that the Sales and Marketing service in relation to new loans is delivered in an efficient and cost-effective manner within specified budgets and approved programmes.
11. To ensure an excellent customer service is provided to existing and new customers.
12. Advising clients on what loan amount the client should get according to their capacity and investment plan.
13. Manage the day to day work schedule as relates to Sales and Marketing
14. Co-ordinate the market information in order to produce sales leads.
15. Loan recovery management; Managing a loan portfolio with portfolio at risk within the risk appetite of the company.
16. Loan application opening.
17. Customer service (mainly assisting in resolving customer complaints).
18. Attending credit committee meetings.

Technical Skills:
• Diploma in Sales/Marketing/Business Administration
• Work Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years in a sales and marketing environment
