This is a full-time on-site role for a Lodge Manager at Mvuu Lodge (Lower Zambezi) located in Lower Zam. The Lodge Manager will oversee the daily operations of the lodge, which includes managing a team of staff, coordinating guest services, maintaining the property, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Lodge Manager will also be responsible for financial management and reporting, marketing and business development, and compliance with local regulations and standards.

Qualifications
• Degree in Hospitality Manager
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with proven leadership and management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and staff
• Proficient in financial management and reporting, with a strong attention to detail
• Experience in marketing and business development, with a focus on sustainable and responsible tourism
• Strong understanding of local regulations and standards, with a commitment to ethical and legal business practices
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for wildlife conservation and a commitment to environmental sustainability
• Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus
