JOB DETAILS:
Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Logistician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and supply chain management, with a focus on optimizing processes and ensuring the efficient movement of goods. This role is crucial in supporting our operational goals and delivering excellent service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement logistics strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
-Manage the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, inventory management, transportation, and distribution.
-Analyze and optimize logistics processes to improve service levels and operational performance.
-Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
-Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics operations.
-Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards.
-Maintain accurate records and documentation related to shipments and inventory.
-Resolve logistical issues and discrepancies effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
-Strong understanding of logistics software and inventory management systems.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
-Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
-Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
