JOB DETAILS:

Job responsibility：
1. Operational Support:
1)Assist in operating machinery, equipment, or systems as needed in different departments.
2)Fill in for regular operators during absences or peak operational periods.
3)Monitor and control processes to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
4)Perform routine maintenance checks and troubleshooting to ensure equipment functionality.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
1)Collaborate with department heads and supervisors to understand operational needs and priorities.
2)Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless transitions and operations.
3)Support special projects or initiatives requiring operational expertise and flexibility.
3. Documentation and Reporting:
1)Maintain accurate records of operational activities, including equipment usage and production metrics.
2)Report any issues or concerns regarding equipment performance or operational efficiency.
4. Safety and Compliance:
1)Adhere to all safety protocols, regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
2)Participate in safety training sessions and follow proper procedures for handling equipment and materials.

Qualifications:
1. Diploma or above; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
2. Have 3 years experiences is a plus.
3. Proven experience in operating machinery or equipment in an industrial setting.
4. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new equipment and operational procedures.
5. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
