JOB DETAILS:
Our client in Lusaka is looking for a Manager (Audit & Tax) to join their team for a job vacancy within the Audit industry.

• Attention to detail.
• Ensure reports submitted for review have been checked to ensure there are no errors.
• Manage the team to ensure the deadlines are met, and time costs are within budget
• Pleasant, professional attitude in dealing with staff and clients
• Continuous learning to ensure he/she is up to date with latest accounting standards
• Proficient in MS excel – advance skills with knowledge in pivot tables, VLOOKUP. Candidates must be able to demonstrate their ability to apply the excel tools to reduce time to completion of work.
• Knowledge in compliance issues for taxation such as WHT, VAT and Income Tax in order that they can ensure that the clients are complaint.
• Experience in preparing IFRS compliant financial statements and supporting working papers.
• Ability to liaise

Responsibilities
• Reporting to partner as required
• Preparation of timely, accurate management accounts, variance reports and other reports as requested by clients
• Supervising work done by junior staff to ensure it is correct and properly supported and within budget
• Meeting collection and billing targets
• Preparation of financial statements and working papers file
• Able to guide staff
• Ability to address client queries in a timely manner
