The company is now seeking to recruit Vibrant and exceptional Market Researcher To Investigate The Photovoltaic Energy Storage market in Zambia who is proactive and effective at devising successful market research processes in order to collect, analyze and present data about competitors, customers and the market in general. As a market researcher, you will study current market conditions, analyse past performance and make future predictions based on the data you have, and develop marketing strategies.
You will be responsible for conducting a study and analysis of similar products in the past, furthermore you will highlight the USP of the product vis-a-vis its contemporaries, and the marketing strategies needed to launch the product in Zambia successfully without any delay and challenges.

Detailed Job Description Include The Following:
• Preparing briefs and proposals for the study. As a market researcher, you will have to make a small brief or summary of the research you plan to undertake to define how you will go about conducting the research for the investigation of the photovoltaic energy storage market and the current situation in Lusaka Zambia.
• Conducting both secondary and primary research. You will have to rely on various models and methods of research tools including internet and other sources for collecting secondary information and conduct relevant interviews with the necessary people.
• Writing a questionnaire for surveys. You will need to conduct surveys to collect authentic and real-time information for the study. Questionnaires will help you get qualitative information.
• Analyzing and interpreting data. You will need to analyze the data you have collected and arrive at a sensible conclusion.
• Using statistical software and other computer-related applications to get accurate results. You will need to have a good understanding of different statistical software, which will break down complex and unending data into meaningful results.

Requirements:
• Proven Market Research Analysis experience
• Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent knowledge of statistical packages (SPSS, SAS or similar), databases and MS Office
• Search engines, web analytics and business research tools acumen
• Familiarity with CRM programs
• Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc)
• Working knowledge of data warehousing and modelling Strong analytical and critical thinking.
• BS degree in Statistics, Marketing or related field
• An equivalent Degree or better Research studies.
• Full Grade 12 graduate Certificate with credits and better.
