JOB DETAILS:
Tsapo Industries Zambia Limited, is a fast-growing Organization in commercial vehicle dealership specializing in the supply, delivery, service, and maintenance of FAW Trucks, Golden dragon buses, and Lovol earthmoving equipment. Our company is looking for focused, result-driven candidate to fill the vacant position of;

(1) Auto Mechanic
Duties and Responsibilities
• Perform maintenance and repair on customer vehicles.
• Find problems with vehicles using diagnostic equipment.
• Explain automotive repairs and issues and provide great customer service.
• Plan repair procedures using charts manuals and experience.
• Assess the functionality of parts and systems.
• Perform basic auto care and maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid level checks, and tire rotation.
• Repair and replace brake pads, wheel bearings, sensors and other parts.
• Perform routine maintenance and general mechanical work on vehicles.
• Help keep repair shop clean and organized.
• Produce legible, comprehensive and accurate paperwork reflecting work performed.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Perform pre-check inspections, safety checks and similar quality check examinations in readiness for road test by the quality controller.

Qualification and Experience
• Must have a Grade 12 certificate.
• He/she must have a craft certificate in Auto-motive mechanics from a well-recognized institution.
• Must have practical working experience of not less than three (3) years in the motor Industry.

(2) Auto Electrician
Duties and Responsibilities
• Install new electronic components into vehicles
• Diagnose problems with the electronic components in vehicles
• Maintain and repair electronic components in our clients’ vehicles
• Always provide excellent customer service
• Utilize a wide variety of tools to repair parts as efficiently as possible
• Provide customers with a cost and time estimate for their repairs
• Efficiently manage tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot/ sort complex electrical issues in trucks.

Qualifications;
• A class 1 Certificate in Auto Electrics.
• A class 2 Driver’s License is a must.
• Strong Organizational Skills.
• Must have practical working experience of not less than three (3) years in the motor Industry.
