The University is seeking to recruit suitably qualified individuals for the following positions:
1. Administrative/Executive Assistant
Job purpose, Roles and Responsibilities;
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
Qualifications;
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
Experience;
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of academic operations
2. Admissions Officer
Job purpose, Roles and Responsibilities;
Manage applications for admission, offer quality customer service, to all applicants, Collect & Maintain accurate references and supporting documents, validate qualifications of prior learning where required. Perform any other lawful duties assigned
Qualifications;
• A Bachelors’ Degree in any field, from a recognized University.
Experience;
• Minimum of 2 Years in similar role.
3. Examinations Officer
Job purpose, Roles and Responsibilities;
Invigilation of examinations, Uploading Marks in the System, Follow-up on submission of exam question papers from faculty. Creating relevant reports. Prepare minutes for departmental meetings. Perform any other lawful duties assigned
Qualifications;
• A relevant Bachelor’ Degree from a recognized University.
Experience;
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
4. Enrolment Advisor
Job purpose, roles and responsibilities;
First point of contact with prospective students, Converting a lead into contact. Collecting documents for admission, Organizing and hosting presentations and customer visits, perform any other lawful duties assigned.
Qualifications;
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or related field.
Experience;
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales industry with good communication skills.
5. Student Mentor
Job purpose, roles and responsibilities;
Offer student support in an effective and efficient manner. Monitor attendance, Coordinate student counseling, Provide guidance to parents in helping students, coordinate disciplinary issues. Secure proper accommodation for students. Perform any other lawful duties assigned.
Qualifications;
• A relevant Bachelor’ Degree from a recognized University.
Experience;
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
6. Clinical Coordinator/Tutor
Job purpose, roles and responsibilities;
To provide Tutorials to students. To monitor and coordinate the Clinical rotations in the different Clinical settings.
Qualifications;
• MBChB/ MMED.
Experience;
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
