Homepro Enterprise Zambia Limited is a subsidiary of Sunda International, the manufacturers of softcare baby Diapers sanitary pads Twyford tiles. We are currently recruiting for the following positions:-
1. Driver Supervisor
Job description:
1. Arrange cars to meet managers demands properly and timely
2. Keep and maintain the vehicle ledgers according to company vehicle regulations
3. Have ample knowledge and experience of car maintenance and repair
4. Knowledge of different types of vehicles
5. Team Player
6. Have a strong faith and fit in the company culture
Requirements:
1. Diploma in any field
2. Good skill in computer, especially in MS office suite is a must
3. Experience in admin work is a prefer
4. Highly self-motivated person
5. Good communication skills and logic will be added advantage
6. Critical thinker
7. 5 years’ work experience
2. Admin Assistant/ Receptionist:
Job description:
1.Greet and welcome clients at the front desk
2. Direct visitors/clients to the appropriate office/Department
3. Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls to the right department
4. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
5. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
6. Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
7. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
8. Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
9. Update calendars and schedule meetings
10. Arrange travel and accommodations, and allocate vehicles for pick up and drop off
11. Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
12. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
13. Handle works assigned by the Admin Manager
14. attendance supervision and registration to the attendance system
15. 1-2 years’ work experience in front desk operations
Requirements:
1. Degree in any business field
2. Professional appearance and customer service attitude
3. Good written and communication skills
4. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
5. Excellent organizational skills
6. Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
8. Additional certification in Office Management will be an added advantage
9. Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role is a plus
10. Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)

3. Data Entry
Job description
1. Enter data into the system
2. Verify the accuracy and completeness of data entered in the system
3. Update the database weekly and prepare a monthly report
4. Maintain the confidentiality and security of the data accordance with the company policies and procedure
5. Ensure to meet the target before the due date
6. Ensure scanned documents are upload in the system
7. Collaborate with the team to manage the reports
