JOB DETAILS:
Our Client is an Automotive Company with operations in Lusaka, Chingola, Chililabombwe and Solwezi seek to recruit dynamic and energetic individuals who are performance driven, well qualified and experienced for the following positions;
1. Branch Manager x 4
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the successful candidate will oversee the effective management of the branch. The key responsibilities among many others include the following: –
• Overall accountability and responsibility for the Branch business, its assets, facilities, stocks and people.
• Effective operation by ensuring Customer Service delivery
• Ensuring that operations are always at the optimum staffing and efficiency.
• Ensure effective budgeting and performance to achieve the set targets of the branch.
• Effective control / monitoring & management of facility, stocks, relevant financial transactions, approvals and controls for all transactions of the branch.
• Asset / Stock management through monitoring levels and stock days for the branch.
• Service Key Performance Indicators (KPls): Productivity, Utilization & Efficiency Branch achievement.
• Build and maintain strong working relations with both the internal and external customers and service providers.
• Follow up on customer complaints and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
• Ensuring good customer care throughout the branch across departments.
• Facility maintenance care, safety and security.
Qualification/Experience
(i) Grade 12 School Certificate
(ii) B Eng Mechanical or Equivalent
(iii) 3 – 5 years work experience in similar position
(iii) Member of EIZ
(iv) Must be less than 45 years old
(v) Computer literate
2. Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities
• Ensuring that he/she builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
• Identifying trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events.
• Tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
• Locating or proposing potential business deals by contacting potential partners.
• Discovering and exploring business opportunities.
• Screening potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.
• Evaluating options and resolving internal priorities.
• Recommending equity investments.
• Developing negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations.
• Examining risks and potentials for the business opportunities.
• Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Protecting organization’s value by keeping confidential information.
• Enhancing organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
Qualification/Experience Requirements:
• Grade 12 School Certificate
• BA in Business Administration/B Eng Mechanical or a related field
• 3 -5 years of Sales Experience
• Not more than 45 years old
• Member of a relevant professional board
• Holder a Master’s Degree an added advantage
3. Stock Controller
We are looking for an experienced and professional stock controller to join our organization. The stock controller will be responsible for maintaining the supply and demand of inventory, and ensuring that there are adequate stocks available. The stock controller will also ensure stock purchasing, delivery and shipping confirmations, and manage inventory balances. The ideal candidate will be able to keep a complete and detailed database of inventory and supply documentation but will also be on the ground floor of receiving to personally inspect and confirm supply quality and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Enter shipping and inventory data in the computer system
• Manage purchasing orders for incoming equipment, services, and supplies
• Verify receipts and confirm purchase contents and orders are complete
• Ensure supplied stocks meet demand
• Prevent overstocking and ordering
• Keep track of inventory and supplies that need restocking
• Develop plans for purchasing spare parts, services, and supplies
• Create and maintain a detailed inventory list of all incoming, outgoing, and current supplies
• Prepare inventory for deliveries and shipping for supplies from outside Zambi
• Ensure correct inventory is loaded into correct delivery inventory system
• Track and ensure deliveries are received
• Compile reports inventory and supply balances
• Make note of damaged inventor
• Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
• Ensure that all items in stock are coded
Qualifications/Experience Requirement
• Grade 12 School Certificate
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/CIPS or related field
• Two (2) years’ experience as a Stock controller, receiver, or related position
• Not more than 45 years old
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
