Job Position: Staff Bus Driver
Department: Trasnport & Logistics
Reports To: Head Driver/Hr
Job Summary:
• To transport Members of staff in a comfortable, safe and timely manner. Driver responsibilities include arranging regular cleaning and maintenance services for the vehicle, planning each route based on road and traffic conditions.

Duties And Responsibilities:
• Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip
• Pick up and drop off of staff from and to company designated pick up and drop off locations
• Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay up-to-date on road conditions
• Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed
• Ensure the car seats are clean and comfortable for all riders
• Schedule regular car service appointments with the company registered workshops/vendors and report any issues
• Ensure that the Bus is clean and tidy at all times
• Manage the weekly fuel allocation in a timely and efficient manner

Skills:
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work long hours
• Must have basic knowledge on various use mechanics
• Must have some knowledge on first aid

Liaises With:
• Human Resources
• Head Driver
• Operations manager

Required Qualification:
• Full Grade 12 Certificate
• Proven experience as a Driver with minimum of 5 years’ experience
• Able to drive Gross Vehicle Mass (GVM= 9000)
• A valid driver’s license class C and above
• A clean driving record
• Knowledge of area roads and neighbourhoods
• A polite and professional disposition
• Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush hour)

Job Position: Nail Technician
Department: Spa
Reports To: Spa Supervisor
Job Summary:
To provide nail care treatments to our customers based on their needs and preferences. Polishing fingernails and toenails, painting designs and applying gel and acrylic nails. If you’re up-to-date with nail art techniques and know how to provide excellent customer service, you are eligible for the job position.

Duties And Responsibilities:
• Paint fingernails and toenails
• Clean, cut and shape nails
• Recommend colors, rhinestones and designs based on each customer’s style
• Remove previously applied polish
• Prepare and clean beauty station in-between appointments
• Sterilize equipment before use
• Inform clients about additional services and offers (e.g. loyalty discounts)
• Give hand and foot massages
• Offer nail care treatment tips (e.g. how to strengthen nails and how to make manicures last longer)
• Up-sell treatments and beauty products, when appropriate
• Take an interest in customers (e.g. chatting with them during appointments and remembering their preferences)
• Able to do nail build up/sculpting using polygel

Required Qualification:
• Full Grade 12 Certificate
• Proven work experience as a Nail Technician, Manicurist, Pedicurist or similar role with minimum of 3 years’ experience
• Expertise in basic and advanced nail techniques, including French manicures, airbrushing and gel manicures
• Knowledge of cosmetology trends
• Understanding of sanitation and sterilization standards
• Experience in customer service
• Certification in Cosmetology or Nail Art shall be an added advantage
