Employment Opportunities
The Zambia Institute of Mass Communication Educational Trust (ZAMCOM) was established under an Act of Parliament of 1996 to provide Communications, Media training and production services.
ZAMCOM has been granted a license to establish a radio station and now invites applications as follows:

1. Radio Station Manager
Reporting to the Executive Director

Qualifications Required
• Grade Twelve Certificate,
• Degree in Mass Communications,
• Master’s degree in Mass communications will be an added advantage
• Five (5) years Senior Management experience in Radio Broadcasting.

2. Technician – Radio
Reporting to Station Manager

Qualifications Required
• Grade Twelve Certificate
• Diploma in Audio Engineering
• Minimum of three (3) years’ hands-on experience

3. Producer – X2 (Radio Production & News Editing)
Reporting to the Station Manager

Qualifications Required
• Grade Twelve Certificate Degree in Mass Communications
• Three (3) years experience
