Responsibilities:
• Manage night operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of lodge activities.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests requiring assistance during nighttime.
• Maintain a high level of safety and security during overnight shifts.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in computer knowledge to manage administrative tasks.
• Hospitality experience to deliver quality guest services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills for guest interaction.
