Job Overview:
As an ODOO Developer at ISWE, you will play a pivotal role in the development and maintenance of our Odoo-based ERP solution and Android application. You will be responsible for implementing change requests, developing new modules, and ensuring the smooth operation of our technical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design, develop, and implement solutions using Odoo.
• Design and develop ODOO modules, including new module development and customization.
• Integrate third-party applications and APIs with Odoo.
• Analyze scope documents and collaborate with different teams to create low-level requirement documents.
• Follow best practices in software development to ensure code readability, maintainability, and security.
• Utilize ODOO features effectively to fulfill project objectives.
• Implement custom modules to meet specific domain requirements.
• Follow version control processes using Git for code management.
• Ensure adherence to secure software development practices.
• Perform data import using ODOO import tools and custom import scripts.
• Create Q-Web reports and customize views using XML and JavaScript.
• Provide technical documentation for ODOO projects to facilitate future development.
• Stay updated on Odoo developments and best practices to ensure the adoption of the latest features and improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an ODOO Developer
• Proficiency in Python and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Odoo integration with third-party systems
• Strong understanding of ODOO basics and data models.
• Experience with ODOO techno-functional aspects.
• Ability to develop and customize ODOO modules.
• Excellent debugging skills and experience in solving complex problems.
• Familiarity with ODOO front-end technologies (XML and JavaScript).
• Knowledge of Linux operating systems and Git version control.
• Self-motivated with a passion for development and the ability to learn quickly.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Nice to Have:
• Basic knowledge of Accounting, Payroll, and Supply chain management
• Knowledge of additional programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and SQL.
• Experience with Odoo UI JS framework.
