JOB DETAILS:
• Minimum Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience: At least 2 years of teaching experience at a recognized institution.
Certification: ZAQA certified.
Location: Must be based in Kitwe or Ndola to facilitate ease of commute and availability.
• Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality lectures and tutorials in Business Administration.
Develop and update course materials to meet industry and academic standards.
Assess students through assignments, projects, and examinations.
Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students.
Participate in curriculum development and other departmental activities.
