JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities & Critical Success Areas
• Providing in-house maintenance of all electrical appliances.
• Inspects reported defects on water reticulation and sewerage systems to establish the extent of repairs.
• Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
• Requests and collects tools, spares and other materials necessary to accomplish tasks.
• Unblocks sewerage systems (sewer lines)
• Performs any other duties as assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
• Install and repair pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Install and repair water reticulation systems, including pipes, valves, and tanks.
• Ensure the efficient distribution of water to various points within a property.
• Install and maintain submersible pumps for water supply from underground sources.
• Install and maintain booster pumps to increase water pressure.
• Install and repair geysers for hot water supply.

Required skills and qualifications
• Grade 12 Certificate
• Trade Certificate in Plumbing.
• 1 – 2 years work experience,

Level of Education: Professional Certificate
